Senior military leadership of the South American republics were shown fighting and driving capabilities of the T-90S in the day and night time as well as accuracy at different ranges all kinds of weapons in statics and dynamics in low visibility conditions and mountainous terrain.
Combat vehicle crew coped with all the tasks, demonstrating the high potential of the Russian tank production Uralvagonzavod.
At the end of the show one of the main program of the Peruvian driver, serving in the armed standing in Peru tanks T-55, was invited to “ride” on the T-90. After a five-minute briefing, he showed a good level of skill, made a run and stopped next to the commander in chief. The experiment proved that a modern tank T-90S also lightweight and easy to manage, like his predecessor, the T-55, issued by Uralvagonzavod 40 years ago.
